The leadership skills and emotional intelligence to thrive.
Only 25% of long-term career success depends on tech knowledge. The rest is all soft skills (Stanford University). That's the focus of these apprenticeships.
A powerful alumni network.
Build a diverse network of creative collaborators from peers across multiple industries.
World-class virtual learning.
Learn from credible learning providers you won't find on typical L&D training or apprenticeship programmes.
Retention. Retention. Retention.
The No. 1 reason why employees leave is because they stop learning. This programme inspires, engages and retains them.
Long term growth.
80% of CEOs see employees’ lack of soft skills as a ‘top 3’ barrier to growth (PWC). These programmes help to close that gap.
Ideal succession planning.
The organisation benefits from self-aware, commercially savvy people leaders with the confidence to handle change.
Leadership Apprenticeship Programmes from Future Talent Group operate in line with the ACT leadership behaviour model.
Agile leaders work in leaner and smarter ways to overcome organisational inertia. They quickly discover what works (and doesn’t) in order to continuously deliver exceptional new products and services.
Collaborative leaders embrace diversity. They make sure everyone feels they belong and understand where the business is heading. They make the whole far greater than the sum of its parts.
Organisations that don’t change don’t last. Organisations that don’t learn don’t change. Transformational leaders learn continually in order to shape change, not just respond to it.
On these fully levy-funded virtual leadership apprenticeships, learners will develop the following skills they need to thrive:
