CEMS

CEMS is a global alliance of 34 of the world’s leading business schools, 69 of the world’s most prestigious multinational companies and eight NGOs which jointly deliver a pre-experience Master’s in Management programme that prepares future generations of responsible leaders.

The CEMS academic and corporate members work collectively to develop knowledge and provide education that is essential in the multilingual, multicultural and interconnected business world.

At the completion of the programme each graduate will be able to speak three languages, including English, will have studied in at least two countries and will have helped solve a real-life business challenge being faced by a corporate partners.

Corporate partners have access to a totally unique talent bank.  In 2020-21 1, 294 students comprising 83 nationalities with a 50/50 male/female ratio were studying the CEMS MIM at leading business schools in all five continents.  75% of CEMS graduates go on to work for multinational companies while 82% of CEMS 16,500 alumni have worked abroad in at least two countries for an average of five years. 96% of CEMS graduates and alumni are employed or engaged in further study.

Common to all alliance activities is the aim of promoting global citizenship, with particular emphasis placed upon the following values:
