Please note: you will need to invite your Line Manager to Enrolment Meeting - Part 2. You won’t be able to start the programme until you’ve had both meetings as your Line Manager will need to sign some key compliance documents live in the second meeting.

Step 2: Register your Aptem Account

The Enrolment Form you need to complete before the Enrolment Meetings is located on Aptem, our Learning Management System. You will shortly receive an email from email@aptem.co.uk with details on how to register and set up your account. If you don’t see the email in your inbox or spam folder, please speak to your IT team about adding the address above to the ‘allow list’.

To guide you through the registration/account creation process on Aptem, please refer to the video below.

Step 3: Complete your Enrolment Form on Aptem

We recommend reading our FAQs and Programme Handbook before you start your Enrolment Form. Please complete as much of the form as possible before your meeting - it should take you around 20 minutes. You can review any unanswered questions during the meeting with your coach, but it will save you a lot of time if you can complete the form in advance. We typically find that over 90% of learners manage to do this, meaning those meetings go much faster.

Step 4: Complete your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Assessment Form

Please download the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours Assessment (KSB) Form below, complete and upload this onto your Enrolment Form on Aptem. It should take you around 10 minutes.

We suggest discussing your scores with your Line Manager ahead of the meeting.

Please refer to the instructions page on the Assessment form before completing.

Step 5: Review Compliance Documents

You and your Line Manager will be asked to sign the compliance documents during your second Enrolment Meeting. Click on the tabs below to view template copies of the documents ahead of the meeting.

Step 6: Prior to your Enrolment Meetings you will need:

    • To reconfirm with your Line Manager which Future Talent Learning programme you are enrolling on:  Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor.
    • Your employment start date and your contracted hours - refer to your employment contract or with your HR Manager if unsure.
    • Your National Insurance Number – you will need to add the number to the Enrolment Form on Aptem.
    • Your Passport/Visa number and issue/expiry dates -you will need to show these documents to your coach on the screen and add the document details to the Enrolment Form.
    • Your English and maths qualification certificates GCSE/A-level grades (A* - C) or Level 2 equivalent that meets the requirements to upload in the meeting (if you do not have those, or have alternative international certificates, please let your coach know - either by email; or in the meeting - and they will talk you through the alternatives.
    • Formal assessments (if you have copies of them) of any disability, learning difficulty or health conditions that may affect your learning.

And that is it. Time to head back to your email and book your meetings with your coach.
