L5: Tripartite Review 5 - Agenda (30 Minutes)

In advance of this meeting:

    • Share this agenda with your line manager
    • Draft at least one SMART target to review in the meeting. Upload as a ‘Note’ against the relevant Tripartite Review component in Aptem.
    • Re-score and upload your updated KSB Assessment Form against the relevant Tripartite Review component in Aptem.

    • Prep your Line Manager to come ready to provide Performance Testimony on any KSBs they might have observed you meeting so far. 

 

1. Progress Check-in (5 mins)

    • Learner and coach to check and discuss overall progress based on: 
      • RAG status, difference between completed and target hours  
      • Completed active learning every month  
      • Event attendance (there are multiple opportunities to attend each event).

 

2. KSB Assessment Form Review and Performance Testimony (10 mins)

    • Learner to share their KSB Assessment Form and discuss any movement in the KSBs, paying particular attention to the 4 key behaviours: taking responsibility, being agile, acting professionally, and acting inclusively.
    • Line manager to review where they have observed the learner effectively demonstrating any skills and behaviours, highlighting areas of growth and identifying areas for future development. 
      • Note: if the Line Manager provides useable Performance Testimony, learner to add a time-stamped link to this recording at the relevant place in their Portfolio Workbook. 
    • Line Manager to comment on the three most noticeable and obvious general improvements they have observed in the learner since the start of the programme.

 

3. PDP Review: Professional Development (10 mins)

    • Learner to share their final, updated PDP.  
    • Learner to outline their career and professional development aspirations for after the programme finishes.   
      • Coach and Line Manager to suggest any potential support or advice they can offer. 
    • All to discuss the learner’s next steps to progress with their plans e.g. researching future support, development or training which might be available. 

 

4. SMART Plan and End Point Assessment Review (5 mins)

    • All to check that the learner is on track to attend their End Point Assessment Gateway Review meeting on the planned date and has everything they need, including any Functional Skills certificates. 
    • All to agree a SMART plan to help the learner get to where they need to be before the End Point Assessment Gateway Review. 
    • All note that the final Tripartite Review will be the End Point Assessment Gateway Review meeting and to prepare by reading the agenda here.
