Gareth Flynn

Gareth is Managing Director at TQSolutions, a specialist consultancy in Talent Strategy, Talent Experience and Operating Model design. He is also the co-founder and Director at The Career Conversation.

 Gareth started his career in the UK joining Deloitte as a graduate before transitioning to Recruitment with Robert Walters. Following a move to Australia in 1999 Gareth joined the RPO firm Alexander Mann Solutions before establishing TQSolutions (with Tim Way) in 2008.

Keen to see a major shift in organisational and leader mindset towards People & Talent, Gareth now consults and advises leading enterprises on their strategy and operating models and actively supports The Career Conversation’s product development, sales and business development activities.
