Hamish Nisbet is the Group Head of Resourcing and Onboarding for HSBC. He has spent his entire career in resourcing, with 10 years as a consultant and head-hunter before moving into corporates, spending time at two Fortune 500 firms and joined HSBC in 2017.
As well as being responsible for the c.50,000 people that HSBC hire a year, he is also playing a leading role in the Future Skills agenda at the bank.
