Janine Chidlow is the Global Managing Director responsible for the Financial Services Sector at AMS. She joined AMS in February 2019, having previously spent 15 years with a competitor organisation as MD for EMEA and US.
With over 25 years’ experience in the recruitment MSP, RPO and consulting sector, Janine is well versed in challenging the norm. Using her experience to influence clients and colleagues to think differently, focussing on comprehensive solutions to the most pressing talent problems. Having worked with some of the world’s most exciting and progressive brands, she has a track record in helping world-leading organisations to forge strong partnerships and deliver industry leading recruitment outsourcing solutions.
A leader passionate about the People Agenda and recognised for her commitment to Inclusion when listed as a Top 50 LGBT Ally in the FT/Outstanding lists. Janine is driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, one that also runs through the blood of AMS.
